No one knew Maciej Berbeka better than his beloved wife, Ewa. An artist by profession, Ewa channeled the intense emotions she felt during her husband’s expeditions into her visceral art. We tunred two her works are prominently displayed on an apartment building in Zakopane, Poland, where she lived with Maciej and their sons. Although the media space was initially bought for just a month, the murals have remained there for over three years. These artworks gained significant attention and were featured in major Polish news outlets, including Onet, Gazeta Wyborcza, and RMF.
